Our Staff
Sara Siemiatycki
Founder & Executive Director
Ms. Siemiatycki was director of a Jerusalem-based medical facility for over twenty years and is a well-known health advocate for women. She serves as Bishviaych’s executive director, which includes funding, development and public relations as well as liaison with other organizations and government representatives. She oversees all of Bishvilaych’s programs, supervises staff, lectures throughout the country, and –more often than not- can be found providing a fellow woman with the much needed support, practical guidance, or community resource.
Diana Flescher, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Flescher is an internist and specialist in women's health. She served as an advisor to the Director General of the Ministry of Health, as Knesset lobbyist for the Israel Women's Network, and as founding member of the National Council on Women's Health. She co-edited the Women's Health in Israel Data Book, published a treatise on menopause and articles in professional and lay publications, and has lectured widely on numerous women’s health topics. sp Dr. Flescher sees her work with B’shvilaych as an opportunity to make a far-reaching impact on the state of women’s health in Israel.
Elisheva Langner, PhD
Director of Research & Education
Dr. Langner is a clinical health psychologist with ten years of experience in health promotion and behavior change. She has pioneered numerous community health initiatives and has lectured, written, and conducted research on many health-related topics with a particular focus on Jewish women.
